This years Open Enrollment period will be November 4th - November 15th 2013!

It is important to remember that the benefits open enrollment period is the one occasion each year when you have the opportunity to make voluntary changes to your enrollment elections for medical, dental, and ancillary insurance coverage's. You may also elect to participate in the medical and/or dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). All benefit election changes are effective January 1, 2014.

All benefit eligible employees who are going to enroll in the group health care plans or make changes to their existing coverage will be required to make those changes by accessing the Prime Conduit/ADP Online Enrollment Portal. This can be done by clicking on the enrollment tab below.

Detailed instructions on how to navigate through the online enrollment process have been provided to you during your benefits meeting. You will be required to login with your User ID and Password that you received during the registration process.

If you are planning to add any new dependents to your benefit plans, you must submit the appropriate documentation to Human Resources as required.
